4. Inspection Limitations

All assessments performed through our platform are:

Visual and non-invasive only. No destructive testing is performed.
Point-in-time assessments. Conditions may change after the inspection date.
Limited to accessible areas. Concealed spaces, wall cavities, and areas blocked by stored items or fixed cabinetry are not inspected.
Dependent on provided information. Where construction details are supplied by the owner/landlord, we rely on this information in good faith.
Insulation R-values may be estimated where labels are not visible or legible.

5. No Guarantee of Compliance

A compliance report issued through our platform indicates the property's status at the time of inspection against the Healthy Homes Standards. It does not guarantee:
