Terms of Service

By accessing or using the ALLWISE SOLUTIONS platform (allwise.co.nz), including any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", "Landlord", "Property Manager", "Inspector", or "Contractor") and ALLWISE SOLUTIONS Limited ("we", "us", "our").

• Platform: The ALLWISE SOLUTIONS web application, APIs, and associated services.
• Assessment: A Healthy Homes compliance inspection performed by an authorised inspector.
• Report: The compliance report generated from an assessment, including AI-generated analysis.
• Client: Any person or entity using the platform to request, receive, or manage assessments.
• Inspector: An authorised user who performs Healthy Homes assessments.
• Contractor: A tradesperson registered on the platform to receive remediation work.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.

Age requirement. You must be at least 16 years old to use ALLWISE. The Tenancy Tribunal Evidence Pack service is intended for adults acting on their own behalf as landlord, tenant, property manager, or authorised representative. If you are under 16, please do not create an account or submit personal information to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 16 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (IPP 3).

ALLWISE provides Healthy Homes compliance assessments, AI-assisted report generation, contractor network access, and Tenancy Tribunal evidence pack preparation. Specific service descriptions are documented in product pages and feature documentation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time with reasonable notice.

Fees for paid plans are published on the Pricing page. Payment is due in advance for subscription-based services.

All fees are in NZD and inclusive of GST as displayed on the Pricing page — the price you see is the price you pay. Subscription fees are exclusive of GST where required by your tax status; an invoice will itemise GST separately. Late payment may result in service suspension.

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refund terms are detailed in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, is the property of ALLWISE SOLUTIONS Limited and protected by New Zealand and international copyright laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALLWISE SOLUTIONS Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws or regulations, to infringe intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the platform's security features.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
