Frequently Asked Questions
Will the Tenancy Tribunal accept this report?
Yes. Every ALLWISE report includes the assessor's registration number, GPS coordinates, timestamp, photo evidence, and AI-verified compliance scores — all elements the Tribunal looks for in third-party assessment evidence.
Can I use this if I haven't done an assessment yet?
You'll need at least one completed assessment on the property before generating a Tribunal Evidence Pack. Book an assessment through your portal first.
How long is the pack valid?
The pack reflects the compliance status at the time of your most recent assessment. If the assessment is older than 12 months, the Tribunal may request a new one.
Is this different from the Council Submission Pack?
Yes. The Tribunal Evidence Pack is formatted for Tenancy Tribunal proceedings (Tenancy Act). The Council Submission Pack is formatted for local council compliance submissions (Healthy Homes Initiative). Both are available in your portal.
